Refund policy
Return period 30 days
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that after receiving your item you have 30 days to make a return.
Return charges differ
Shipping from across Europe back to the Netherlands differs in cost. For neighbouring countries it is free to return. For other EU countries with higher costs we need to charge half of the costs to you. For Non-EU countries all return costs are at your own expense. Some examples:
- Netherlands: Free
- Belgium: Free
- Germany: Free
- Austria: €4.95
- France: €4.95
- Denmark: €4.95
- Other EU countries: €9.95
- Non-EU (UK, CH, NO): return at own expense
Return condition: still need and able to be sold to next customer
We understand that you want to see and try the product. You can do that, but carefully open the packaging and return all packaging material. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be able to be sold to the next customer. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us in case of damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and check if the item is faulty or damaged. Then you can just trade. You do that even if you have received the wrong item. Please contact us to report it: edwin@wearewobblez.com
Refunds paid after processing the return
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
