Use a measuring tape to measure the height of your desk (from the floor to the underside of the desk) and the height of your current chair. Follow our size advice to avoid needing to exchange the product.

Comfort is always important when you use a seat. The comfort is the result of the amout of filling material. The round seat is 6 cm thick. The saddle seat is filled to the max, but only 3 cm thick.

This makes sitting on the saddle a bit more firmer than the round seat. If you prefer softness, we recommend the round seat.

The stool can carry a weight of 150kg. This is thanks to the high quality metal gas spring that is fixed in the solid base of the wobble stool.

No, we only sell online. We do not have a physical store. We recommend ordering the product from our webshop. If you are not satisfied, you can return it up to 30 days after your order. Please ensure the product remains in good condition during your trial period so it can be sold to another customer.

The sitting ball can carry a weight of 100kg. The ball is inflated by air. The plug closes off the opening tightly. When you sit on the ball it will be pushed down a bit by your weight.

• We understand that inflating the exercise ball can be challenging, and it may seem like the cover is too small. However, we assure you the cover is the correct size. The solution is to continue inflating the ball until the cover fully encloses the inner ball.

If possible, use a compressor or a bicycle pump. They are strong enough to handle the high pressure of the inner ball.

The yellow/black foot pump included in the package should also work, but it will take a bit longer.

We usually ship with DPD. DPD cannot deliver to Pack stations or ParcelShops. Ony to your home address. If you are not at home, it will automatically end up at the DPD Parcelshop and remain there for a week to collect.

We ship to The Nethelands, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Denmark. We do not ship to other countries.

If you place an order before 14:00 on a workday, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

• France: 2-5 days

You will receive an email immediately upon ordering with a large green bar at the top. Click on this bar to download the invoice.

You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This gives you enough time to carefully try the product.

Exchanging takes longer and requires more time from our team. Additionally, the price of the new product may differ. Therefore, it is best to return the item and request a refund for your first order. Then place a new order for the desired product.

From the moment you drop it off at the post office, it can take a week for your return to be processed.

Once the return is processed, we will refund you via the method you used to pay for your order. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not any shipping costs you paid with your purchase.

Don't panic. As long as the product has only been tried on and has no signs of wear, we can still send it to another customer. In this case you may return even after 30 days have passed. But you will have to pay for your return shipping fee yourself at the post office.

How does it work? Send your return with our picklist or order details to us and indicate whether you want your money back or want to exchange.
