No, we only sell online. We do not have a physical store. We recommend ordering the product from our webshop. If you are not satisfied, you can return it up to 30 days after your order. Please ensure the product remains in good condition during your trial period so it can be sold to another customer.

The sitting ball can carry a weight of 100kg. The ball is inflated by air. The plug closes off the opening tightly. When you sit on the ball it will be pushed down a bit by your weight.

• We understand that inflating the exercise ball can be challenging, and it may seem like the cover is too small. However, we assure you the cover is the correct size. The solution is to continue inflating the ball until the cover fully encloses the inner ball.

If possible, use a compressor or a bicycle pump. They are strong enough to handle the high pressure of the inner ball.

The yellow/black foot pump included in the package should also work, but it will take a bit longer.

If you place an order before 14:00 on a business day, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

It is not possible to disassemble the wobble stool once you have sat on it. You can return it as a whole. Lay it horizontally in the box. The flaps may not close completely. Use extra cardboard to securely seal the box and prevent any damage during the return shipment.

From the moment you drop it off at the post office, it can take a week for your return to be processed.

Once the return is processed, we will refund you via the method you used to pay for your order. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not any shipping costs you paid with your purchase.

Don't panic. As long as the product has only been tried on and has no signs of wear, we can still send it to another customer. In this case you may return even after 30 days have passed. But you will have to pay for your return shipping fee yourself at the post office.
