The saddle stool has a rounded rubber foot; this allows you to move while sitting. Active sitting makes your back muscles stronger and you will no longer suffer from lower back pain. Thanks to the saddle, you can put your feet straight in front of you - this is the best sitting position.
The Wobblez Saddle Stool is unique as it has a weighted metal base of up to 10 kg in its foot. This ensures that the wobbling is much more natural and stable than with a light plastic base - as other brands offer. Your body needs a firm counterweight to wobble nicely.
